Summary

The Highlands and Islands Tour Guide Association needed to reinvigorate their old website with a new responsive version whilst improving on usability and searches for their Tour Guides. An easy to use content management system was also needed to keep the content up to date.

The new website acts as a hub for all of the HOSTGA tour guide members, allowing them to be listed and searched for within the website. The website had to be easy to use for visitors as English may not neccesarily be their first language.

With this in mind each tour guide needed a members profile with a bio, languages spoken and a list of tour oferings. Added functionalities include a document upload area for members and group messaging.
